I have owned and operated My Generation Beauty for 20 years now. Location is open to residents and non-residents for services. It's located nestled inside Truewood by Merrill Senior Living Community (previously recognized as Standiford Place Independant Retirement Community). As soon as I recieved my license I went straight into providing services for seniors (assisted living, memory care, retirement, etc.) and I never looked back. I didnt have grandparents much growing up, so through working with seniors I have gained a bigger family over the years. I enjoy spending time with a generation that I can truly learn from, appreciate, be appreciated by and grow as an individual through the experiences they have shared with me. I have complete patience, care, and understanding of what they may be going through whether it be of their mind, their body, or all the stages that go along with it.

I am highly experienced in wet sets (roller sets), perms and back combing. I have primarily provided services to senior women and men making sure everyone looks and feels their most beautiful and best. Only top brand styling products are used, but I am always open to try what you have found over the years that has worked best for you and your specific hair.
